What is the purpose of the study?
We are conducting a PET (positron emission tomography) imaging study to help us understand opioid addiction. The goal of this study is to take pictures of a brain molecule named fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH). Knowing more about this enzyme molecule can help us assess risks and understand more about how opioid addiction is developed. If you're interested, send an email to claire.shyu@camh.ca for more information about the study
