Wade Hall is Vice President, Campaign at CAMH Foundation. After receiving care at CAMH as a client in 2011, Wade knew he wanted to help others receive the same level of care and to combat the causes of mental illness. Since 2017, he has been leading CAMH Foundation’s fundraising strategy development and reshaping its approach to corporate partnerships. In his role, Wade works with the hospital to find and secure philanthropic gifts that have the potential to transform the mental health care system and have a significant impact on society.
Wade has 19 years senior management experience in fundraising. Prior to joining CAMH Foundation, he held leadership positions at two prominent academic institutions. As AVP, Development at York University, Wade oversaw the full scope of fundraising activities at the third largest university in Canada. At Queen’s University, Wade served in a variety of roles, ranging from Director, Annual Giving to Executive Director, Development.
Wade has a long track record of success, playing a vital role in York University’s $207M York to the Power of 50 campaign, Queen’s University $262M Campaign for Queen’s, and CAMH Foundation’s Breakthrough Campaign, which surpassed its initial goal of $200 million to achieve an incredible $285 million.
