A daily journaling prompt to encourage you to reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
A daily virtual on-demand yoga class where you will discover new strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Awaken to new possibilities with a flow that will leave you rinsed and renewed. Power Yoga Canada will be directing all proceeds from this program to CAMH womenmind, which supports women making new scientific discoveries in the field of women’s mental health.
