 Invention Disclosure Form

The Invention Disclosure Form reveals to the IPTTO the details of your invention and assists in your invention assessment; it identifies the inventors, lists any collaborators, describes the invention, describes the most relevant prior art and what stage of development the invention is in, among other things.
The IPTTO will review the form and reply with any comments, clarification questions or next steps within a couple of weeks.
