Workshop Series Overview
This workshop series aims to raise awareness about mental health and addiction issues among older adults in Ontario, while also promoting help-seeking behaviours. This standardized, evidence-based curriculum is ready for organizations to deliver to their older adults population (65+). The workshops are free, easy to use and requires minimal preparation for delivery.
