Jeffrey Kimel is the President of Harlo Capital, a real estate-focused private equity platform focused on investing in development and value-add opportunities. Prior to Harlo Capital, Jeffrey spent five years working as the Director, Acquisition and Development with his family business, Westdale Properties. Before joining Westdale Properties, Jeffrey spent three years working for a private real estate group as an asset manager, responsible for managing over one million square feet of commercial real estate. Jeffrey started his real estate career as a summer student at RioCan REIT in the asset management group.
Jeffrey sits on the Credit Committee of CMCC Capital Fund, is a member of the Management Committee of the Pittsburgh Penguins’ hockey club, and a director of the Chase Hospitality Group.
Additionally, Jeffrey sits on the board of directors of CAMH Foundation, is a member of the SickKids Campaign Cabinet and the co-chair of the Barrie to Baycrest Hospital annual bike ride.
