Tower crane delivery at Queen Street

As construction continues on our Queen Street redevelopment project, four tower cranes will be delivered and assembled over the next month that will create a temporary increase of heavy truck traffic and noise.

The first two cranes, which will be located on the site between White Squirrel Way and Gordon Bell Road, will be delivered and assembled from March 5-7

The final two cranes will be delivered and assembled on Wednesday March 21 and Tuesday, April 3 respectively. These cranes will be located on the site between Lower Ossington and Workman Way. Lower Ossington Street will be closed to traffic on both of these dates.

Once assembled, the cranes will stand approximately 70 meters above street level.
