Dr. Tracey A. Skilling is an associate scientist and psychologist with McCain Centre for Child, Youth and Family Mental Health at CAMH. She is an assistant professor with the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and an associate member of the Department of Human Development and Applied Psychology at OISE, which is affiliated with the University of Toronto. Dr. Skilling is also a member of the Research Ethics Board at CAMH.
Areas of Research
Dr. Skilling is conducting research in the area of antisocial behaviour of children and adolescents to identify and understand the causes and related factors that lead to lifelong persistent antisocial behaviour. She is developing risk assessment instruments for predicting violent and sexual behaviour for youth who are at risk of reoffending. Dr. Skilling is also designing and evaluating treatment programs related to concurrent disorders and antisocial behaviour in children and adolescents.
