The Family Resource Centre is staffed by volunteers and provides information for families facing addictions and mental health issues.
Volunteers provide families with:
- Information about addiction and mental health
- Information about CAMH
- Information about Community Resources
The Family Resource Centre believes:
- An open, cooperative and respectful rapport between family members, clients and health care providers ultimately benefits everyone.
- Stress and stigma experienced by family members can be reduced through education, advocacy and participation.
