Family Resource Centre

The Family Resource Centre is staffed by volunteers and provides information for families facing addictions and mental health issues. 

Volunteers provide families with: 

  • Information about addiction and mental health
  • Information about CAMH
  • Information about Community Resources

The Family Resource Centre believes:

  • An open, cooperative and respectful rapport between family members, clients and health care providers ultimately benefits everyone.
  • Stress and stigma experienced by family members can be reduced through education, advocacy and participation.

To speak to a Family Resource Centre Volunteer, please call: (416) 535-8501 ext. 34015. Telephone messages are listened to and responded to on a daily basis during office hours. Please note:  This is not a CRISIS LINE.

HOURS: Monday 1-4 p.m.; Tuesday 2-5 p.m.; Wednesday 1-4 p.m.; Thursday 1-4 p.m.
