Women's Choices, Women's Voices gives information and ideas about alcohol and other drug use that are specifically relevant to women. This inspirational video profiles six women of varying ages, backgrounds and career paths who have chosen healthy alcohol-free and drug-free ways of dealing with the stress they face in their everyday lives. They describe some of the things they do to take care of themselves and to feel good. A 12-page information booklet is included.
