Delegates may register for a selected day(s) or for all three days. Please note, though, that most of the courses span two
full days. Unless otherwise specified, registration fees are as follows.

Venue details and travel information
89 Chestnut
The venue for the Provincial Summer Institute 2010 is 89 Chestnut, located in the heart of downtown Toronto, and minutes away from the bus terminal and Union train station. Detailed travel
information from the airport, driving directions and subway routes are available on the hotel’s website.
A block of rooms is being held at 89 Chestnut until July 19, 2010 at the special rate of $94 plus applicable taxes. Please
contact the hotel directly to reserve your room. When contacting the hotel please provide the following code, 100817, to obtain the special
Provincial Summer Institute rate.

Accessibility and special needs
Conference rooms at 89 Chestnut are fully accessible. Rooms for those with physical disabilities may be secured when making
reservations with 89 Chestnut. Please note any other special needs when registering online.
Cancellation policy
Refunds for advance cancellation will be subject to an administrative fee of $50. For those only taking the Virtual Course
offered in Thunder Bay on August 19th advance cancellation will be subject to an administrative fee of $15. Cancellation notice must be communicated by e-mail. If you do not attend the course for which you are registered, and do not cancel, you will be charged the entire course fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration and will be responsible for refunding the full registration
fee.
