The General Psychiatry Program (GPP) / Centralized Assessment, Triage and Support (CATS)
CAMH’s Centralized Assessment, Triage and Support (CATS) Program provides:
- Client access to specialized emergency, assessment and short-term support services at CAMH
- Links to medical practitioners, mental health resources and ethno-cultural services in Ontario
- Service coordination, internal and external to CAMH, to ensure clients’ service needs are addressed efficiently
- Access to mental health services for diverse population
- Provide culturally competent psychiatric consultation and treatment
- Centralized Supports for all clinical programs
