The General Psychiatry Program (GPP) / Centralized Assessment, Triage and Support (CATS)

CAMH’s Centralized Assessment, Triage and Support (CATS) Program provides:

  • Client access to specialized emergency, assessment and short-term support services at CAMH
  • Links to medical practitioners, mental health resources and ethno-cultural services in Ontario
  • Service coordination, internal and external to CAMH, to ensure clients’ service needs are addressed efficiently
  • Access to mental health services for diverse population
  • Provide culturally competent psychiatric consultation and treatment
  • Centralized Supports for all clinical programs

  • Emergency Services, Ambulatory Services, In-patient services:
