To Committees, Constituency Membership and Board of Trustees of Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) invites submissions from individuals who are interested in being considered for membership on CAMH committees, Constituency Membership and Board of Trustees. This year we have relatively few vacancies but we would appreciate hearing from you if you are interested.

Your submission should include the reasons you would like to serve with CAMH, an indication of your commitment to, and knowledge of, the addictions or mental health fields and the skills you would bring to CAMH. Previous experience on volunteer Boards or committees is an asset and reference to that experience should also be included.

The Board’s Governance Committee will review responses and recommend nominees for vacancies on CAMH Constituency Membership, Board of Trustees and other committees. CAMH is a public hospital with a provincial mandate and the review will include attention to the need for representation from across the province.

The deadline for receipt of submissions is December 31, 2011. Correspondence, including a current CV, should be forwarded to:
