Specialized Computing Cluster

The Specialized Computing Cluster (SCC) is CAMH’s local parallel computing environment. The SCC is a Linux based cluster that has been designed from the ground up to support research at CAMH and to provide an integrated platform for cross-discipline studies. The cluster provides over 120 popular applications, compilers and programs to support research at CAMH. The current architecture supports 32 compute nodes, with over 770 combined cores, a GPU node and an dedicated FTP data transfer node, all connected via a high-bandwidth Infiniband® network.
