The Partial Hospital Program (PHP) is an eight-week program that enables clients, who do not require full hospitalization, the opportunity to benefit from a structured, intensive, recovery-focused, outpatient program. Operating from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, an interprofessional team of doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, a peer support worker, a pharmacist, psychologists, recreation therapists and social workers offer clients of the program support and resources as they transition back into the community. 

Clients who have been referred to the Partial Hospital Program (PHP) may have been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder or substance-induced psychotic disorder; have currently been receiving outpatient services but require extra support and resources; or may soon be discharged from an inpatient unit and need more support than is offered by their outpatient team.
