Substance Abuse Program for African Canadian and Caribbean Youth (SAPACCY)

SAPACCY provides support and counselling to African and Caribbean-origin youth and their families who are dealing with problem substance use and mental health concerns.

The SAPACCY program brings a cultural competence lens including the impact of racism on health and mental health for Black youth. Our programs include: mental health and addictions counselling and support in accessing cross sectoral resources  to assist youth and their families/caregivers in reducing harm, moving toward recovery and making the best choices for themselves and their family.

Referrals: Referrals are accepted from clients and/or community physicians and professionals.
