Pride at CAMH

CAMH celebrated LGBTIQ Pride with an unfurling of the Pride Flag at a special event featuring guest speakers, music and a rainbow cake. The video below will give you a flavour of the day’s festivities.

The Pride flag symbolizes the struggles and celebrations of the diverse LGBTIQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, Transgendered, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, 2- Spirited) communities. We raise the Pride Flag at CAMH to remember how discrimination impacts people who are LGBTIQ, and to celebrate the resiliency and strength of LGBTIQ people.
