The Toronto Maple Leafs are celebrating Hockey Talks at the Air Canada Centre. This initiative, celebrated by all seven of the National Hockey League’s Canadian teams, aims to raise awareness and end stigma around mental illness.

As part of the campaign, CAMH’s Dr. Katy Kamkar, Clinical Psychologist, Work, Stress and Health Program, joined the Leafs TV crew to discuss mental health and resiliency. Check the video below to watch the interview.
