Clara's Big Ride Touches Down at CAMH

CAMH was the first stop for six-time Olympic medalist Clara Hughes who kicked off her 110-day national bicycle tour on March 14.

Clara Hughes launched "Clara's Big Ride" for Bell Let's Talk at Maple Leaf Square in Toronto.

Clara's Big Ride

More than 100 staff members from CAMH were on hand to greet Clara as she cycled through the Queen Street campus with 100 cyclists by her side. Clara then headed west to Hamilton.

Clara  will cover 12,000 km and visit 95 communities with the purpose of ending the stigma surrounding mental illness . You can track Clara’s progress by following the hashtag #ClarasBigRide on Twitter and by  checking in to the Clara's Big Ride website

Her tour will come to an end in Ottawa on July 1.
