The Medical Psychiatry Collaborative Care Certificate (MP3C) is a continuing education program to support learning in integrated mental and physical collaborative health care. The program aims to provide education resources for health care providers and teams who would like to be better equipped to care for patients with co-existing mental and physical health needs.
Who should register?
The MP3C modules are designed for all health care providers, as well as managers and administrators in primary care, hospital and community settings, who are working with patients and families to address complex care needs, with a particular focus on co-existing mental and physical health needs.
Registration/Administrative Fee $25.00 – coffee/tea and light refreshments provided.
Course Fee $0.00 – Presently supported through generous funding provided by the Medical Psychiatry Alliance.
