This off-site service provides a coordinated and comprehensive treatment program for people who have chronic Schizophrenia or related disorders and are living in the community. The approach is recovery-oriented, interdisciplinary, and holistic. Assessment, individual, family and group counseling, medication monitoring, case management, peer support and education are also provided.
