CAMH reacts to charges by the Labour Ministry

CAMH is very disappointed that the Ministry of Labour has laid charges against CAMH under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. CAMH looks forward to vigorously defending the charges in court.

CAMH specializes in treating patients with complex and serious forms of mental illness and addictions, including those with behavioural, cognitive and developmental disorders. Quality of care and staff and patient safety are our highest priorities.

For more information on this incident, read Workplace Safety at CAMH, a blog by Rani Srivastava, Chief, Nursing & Professional Practice.
