Natasha Klemm ND, graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is the principal naturopath at two multidisciplinary clinics, including Markham Integrative Medicine. She developed an early interest in children with autism, asperger’s, and ADD/ADHD and has training in this area through the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs.
In addition to using orthomolecular medicine in her practice, she utilizes a family-centred approach when treating children with special needs, focusing not only on the needs of the child, but also the health of their care-givers. She has spoken at many conferences and seminars, including the Healthy Child Coalition, which focuses on optimal child and family nutrition. She has also made appearances on Breakfast Television and CJOB radio.
Dr. John Gannage, MD, CFPC, is the Medical Director of Markham Integrative Medicine, a multidisciplinary family practice that bridges conventional and alternative medicine. More than half of Dr. Gannage’s practice consists of working with developmentally delayed children and their families, recommending therapeutic diet plans, customized nutrient support, management of environmental exposures and support for immune and digestive systems. He has extensive expertise in the application of biomedical therapies for autism and related conditions. Dr. Gannage regularly presents educational seminars for the public and health professionals, and has written numerous articles for publication.
