Hi Rob,

I am a volunteer in the Family Resource Centre, and I hope you will contact us, as Annick suggested.  One of our volunteers will get back to you, and you are also very welcome to drop by in person during our office hours.  All of our volunteers are family members, and can provide you with information about services for you and your family at CAMH or in the community.  Please do call us!

Hi Rob - thanks for your comment. As Annick suggests, you can contact CAMH's Family Resources Centre.

You can also contact ConnexOntario - they have a 24/7 helpline and can help you find local services: http://www.mentalhealthhelpline.ca/

It is past 3 o'clock and no one has read your message, for a start you may go back to the main page and type : Mood and Anxiety program in the search button. You'll find some useful information there.
You may also give us a call at the Family Resource Centre at 535-8501 x 4015
