The Bell Gateway Building will be CAMH's official 'front door' and the first point of contact for most clients and visitors.

The new gymnasium in the Bell Gateway Building will help to promote healthy activity for CAMH clients.

The client-run Out of This World Café will be part of this new integrated community, weaving CAMH and its clients into the local neighbourhood.

The Intergenerational Wellness Centre will be home to the Geriatric Mental Health Program and a unique program for youth at risk.

The Utilities and Parking Building will include a family resource centre, facilities for 'Activities of Daily Living', assessments, and client skills training, as well as meeting rooms. This building will reduce CAMH's footprint by centralizing heating and cooling for all of CAMH's new facilities and eliminating surface parking.
