Centralized Assessment, Triage and Support Program (CATS) and the Women’s Program are pleased to host AN EDUCATION GROUP FOR FAMILY MEMBERS. This educational group is being offered to adult family members (i.e. partners, spouses, siblings, parents) and friends of individuals who experience mental health and/or substance use concerns.)
This is a drop-in group that runs four consecutive Mondays from 6:00pm-7:30pm at our 250 College St. location. The schedule is as follows:
Monday, January 23, 2012 – “Navigating the Healthcare System and Community Resources” (with guest speaker) – Room 801
Monday, January 30, 2012 – “Effective Communication Strategies” – Room 801
Monday, February 6, 2012 – “Crisis Intervention” – Room 801
Monday, February 13, 2012 – “Problem Management” (with guest speaker) – Room 845
You can attend one, two, three or all four groups, there is no commitment required.
