CAMH Information Centre

Access to timely and relevant information and support is important for people and their families who are taking their first steps in seeking help and/or information. The CAMH Information Centre serves as a central source of reliable information, better enabling people to play an informed and active role in their own health care and providing active assistance for people seeking information, services or support.

The CAMH Information Centre serves Ontario through:

  • Toll-free Information Line.
  • Web-based information on a range of topics.
  • Print, recorded messages and web materials in 16 languages.

Hours of Operation

Information Line:  

Staff-assisted calls:

  • 9 am - 5 pm Monday- Friday

Recorded messages:

  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Support Line (available in English only at this time):

  • 3 pm - 9 pm Monday - Friday
